Jessica Davison is the Assistant Vice President of Mission & Strategy at United Way of Greater Houston. She has extensive experience evaluating program effectiveness and implementing continuous quality improvement (CQI). At United Way, her team analyzes data from nonprofit partners and the community to document impact, inform strategy and investments, and partner with research institutions to bring data and research into action. She spearheads the data collaboration and technology tool to integrate the network of partners serving households on their path to financial stability across greater Houston. She leads United Way’s learning community, Coffee & Quality, for nonprofit staff and organizations centered around data, evaluation, and CQI capacity building. She’s an instructor at the Glasscock School of Continuing Studies' Center for Philanthropy & Nonprofit Leadership at Rice University where she shares her experience and expertise on organizational effectiveness and managing nonprofit missions through data and evaluation. She’s on the board of directors for Texas Health and Environmental Alliance (THEA) and a member of the Data Visualization Society, American Evaluation Association (AEA) and Texas Evaluation Network (TEN).
