Julie Jenkins is a seasoned Human Resource and Organizational Development Executive with a track record across Fortune 10 corporations and nonprofit organizations. She brings deep expertise in Diversity, Change Management, and Inclusion, applying this lens across Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, and Employee Engagement. In 2025, Julie launched Chrysalis Transformation Consulting, a firm focused on transforming people, processes, systems, and communities. Through strategic partnerships, innovation, and coaching, Chrysalis helps clients unlock potential, streamline operations, and build resilient, inclusive workplaces. Its mission is to create a ripple effect of positive change that elevates both performance and community wellbeing. Julie previously served as Sr. Director of People & Culture at BakerRipley, leading integrated Human Capital strategies across Talent, Learning, HRIS, DEI, and Communications. At Sysco, she developed the company’s first DEI Roadmap, Advisory Council, and measurement systems. She has also held HR leadership roles at Xerox, IBM, GE Capital, QED, and others. A lifelong champion for youth, she created Raising Children in a Diverse World, a toolkit that fosters appreciation of identity and difference. Julie is a faculty member with Rice University’s LINE program, an Adjunct at the University of Houston Downtown, and has served on numerous nonprofit boards. She holds an MS in Organizational Management from Manhattanville College and a BA in Math & Philosophy from Mt. Holyoke. Julie lives in Pearland, Texas, with her husband Deron, their two children, Kameron and Lauren, and their beloved dog, Benz.
